Tina is also the proud owner of Grace Health Scrubs™, which supplies medical apparel, footwear, accessories, and personal diagnostic equipment to hospitals and medical facilities nationwide. Tina has applied her experience gained while running Grace Health Scrubs™, to serve as a coach and inspiration for busy moms and nurses looking to start a business. Tina has written digital guides and several articles regarding starting a medical apparel business. Tina believes that nurses have unique qualities that make them exceptional business owners. Tina’s Signature Online Course and group coaching program, Scrub Shop Academy™ has helped over 250 students with the exact steps to launching their medical apparel business.
Tina M. Payne is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, with a Masters in Nursing Education. She successfully obtained her Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing at Wright State University. Tina has worked as a Registered Nurse since 2005 in a variety of areas. Some of which include hospice, progressive care, emergency room, telemetry units, and as a Nursing instructor.
Tina’s mission is to help women and nurses create freedom in their lives by creating a legacy for their families through entrepreneurship. Her signature talk “Get Outside of Wearing Your Scrubs and Learn to Build Your Scrub Business” is very instrumental in motivating others to take action. Her book "Push Past Your Fear and Find Your Purpose: A Woman's Anthology of Power" is a biographical journey of how she overcame some of the hardest times in her life.
